Ed Dunlap is Manager, Area Engineering for UGI Utilities in Wilkes Barre, PA. He has been an operating employee in the natural gas utility industry for 30 years, having been employed by Public Service Electric and Gas Company in Central Jersey; Chesapeake Utilities Corporation in Dover, Delaware; Central Florida Gas Corporation in Winter Haven, Florida; and numerous consulting firms. Ed has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineer from Drexel University; and is a Professional Engineer in nine states. He currently resides in Pottstown, PA his wife and two Labrador Retrievers, and is planning to relocate to Bloomsburg, PA.
Tom Scappattici is an Operations Manager for UGI Utilities in Wilkes Barre, PA. Held various field operations management positions in the utility as well as in the non-regulated affiliate companies involved with electric and natural gas choice, during the course of the past 19 years. Tom has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Kings College. He resides in West Wyoming, PA his wife and two daughters.
